“The Good: - Was able to be seen the next day for a Ketamine infusion - Yvonne was a caring, empathetic professional. - The recliner was comfortable. - Really appreciate the $200 discount on the infusion. The Bad: - Pain relief from the infusion lasted less than 24 hours. I will only consider receiving further infusions if insurance actually covers them. - This place has way too many air fresheners (I’m a sensitive individual). - This place was short-staffed the day I visited. I’m still giving five stars, despite any reservations, because I’m glad that Yvonne was there the day I received my infusion. Yvonne also handled the short staffing situation very well.”
“In one word: lifesaving. I was desperate to help a family member with treatment resistant depression. Her psychiatrist recommended ketamine therapy for immediate benefit, as time was of the essence. Thank God I found Vita Nova Ketamine and Wellness Clinic. They got us in the next day. They take amazing care of my family member, and follow the Hopkins Protocol for ketamine therapy. They made sure we followed up with her therapist as well. The clinic itself is immaculately clean. There is continuous heart monitoring, and vital signs monitoring during ketamine therapy. My family member feels safe and cared for. They have staff to help with insurance, a physician and a CRNA. They prescribe IV ketamine therapy, and/or Spravato nasal spray, depending on your needs. Thank you Leslie and Yvonne, for this much needed service in mental health. You are truly a blessing. ( I hope to try the wellness treatments next- it seems very spa-like!)”
